We're happy to provide you with fresh bread and rolls every morning (on request).
According to the season and availability we offer home-made farm produce, which our guests can purchase from us.

You get your Flecki-Card free of charge on arrival. It offers a variety of discounts and surprises for your holiday in the Grossarl Valley.
You find plenty of parking spaces on the farm.
We kindly ask you not to smoke in our apartments and rooms. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony.
You're welcome to bring your four-legged friend. Supplement: € 6,00 to 12,00 (according to size) per night.

Accommodation prices are excluding resort tax. This is € 1,15 per person over 15 years per night.
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of € 100,00 to be transferred to our bank account. The remainder should please be paid on the evening prior to departure in cash.

Cancellations are only valid in writing.
- up to 3 months before your holiday commences: no cancellation fees will be charged.
- up to 1 month before your holiday commences: 3 nights will be charged.
- within 1 month before your holiday starts or in the event of early departure: we will charge a cancellation fee of 90 % of your booked holiday.
Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. As anything can happen (illness, accident...), we recommend you take out travel insurance, e.g. European Travel Insurance.
